Terms of Service | Toolboks

These Terms of Service govern your use of Toolboks, a cloud-based CRM service provided by Toolboks AS (org.nr 899 065 492), Stavanger, Norway.

1. Service

Toolboks provides a subscription-based CRM platform for business-to-business use. The service is offered as-is and is continuously updated.

2. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full access. No credit card is required. At the end of the trial, you may subscribe or your account becomes read-only.

3. Pricing and Billing

Seat-based monthly billing: Sales Rep (USD 95/seat/month) and Collaborator (USD 12/seat/month). All prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data entered into Toolboks. Upon cancellation, you may export your data. We will retain your data for 90 days after account closure.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Stavanger, Norway.
